Orders are weighed, packed and shipped from our studio. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at Shopify checkout based on your address and order weight.

Returns

Because cosmetics by the pound are curated lots and wigs are hygiene items, please review the product details carefully before ordering. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
